After chatting with one of our event guides or contacting us for a quote the next step is to place a deposit. The deposit will put your event on our calendar and hold your needed items. Please note that we do not reserve equipment or dates without a signed contract and deposit.

Yes! Centric offers delivery and set-up for an additional charge, on qualifying orders. For most of the year our minimum order amount of delivery and set-up is $1500, however during slower seasons we are flexible on this. Always feel free to ask our sales team if delivery and set-up is available.

Yes—we’re unique in offering both full-scale A/V production and a complete line of event rentals under one roof. For corporate conferences, concerts, and festivals, our production team provides everything from audio systems, LED video walls, staging, and intelligent lighting to on-site technicians who manage every detail. For weddings and private events, we also offer luxury rentals such as tables, chairs, dance floors, and custom draping. This combination means you don’t have to juggle multiple vendors—we can handle the technical production and the rentals that complete your event, all with one seamless experience.
