Centric did an amazing job supporting Choice Academy's very first graduation ceremony. Renting a dance floor for our reception was one of the best decisions we made.We got married at Stonebridge and really wanted something to elevate the space and make it feel a little more classic, and this did exactly that. This review is long overdue, but we were fortunate enough to work with the Centric team for our Annual Academic Summit this past September.The entire experience with Centric was a 12/10. They are friendly, communicative, and intelligent. We were originally going to use the venue's onsite AV company, Encore, which as many know, are not the best to work with. Their quote for what we needed came in way over budget, so I started to look for alternatives. Lucky for me, I found Daniel on Reddit somehow and that's how I got connected with Centric.From day one, they were able to give us better service, better pricing, better everything. Our event had about 500 attendees in person and was live streamed to more online. I've been doing these for quite some time, and have never received feedback from attendees like I did for this event. So many people were beyond impressed with the AV setup and overall production value, including our executives and leadership.Hiring the Centric team took our biggest and most important event to the next level, and we are so grateful. We actually signed a contract to work with them on this event for the next 3 years, which I wouldn't be surprised if we extend even further.After the event, the Centric team was quick to schedule a post event call with us where they asked for detailed feedback on what went right and where they could improve. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and constant pursuit of perfection. They even offered to help with our smaller, local events, which I normally do on my own. Connor, the Centric audio engineer (best in the biz btw - never had audio quality that good), was able to build a 4 channel audio system for me to use at these local events. He saved me $$ on the unit compared to building it myself, and more importantly he saved me a ton of time. The unit was shipped to my office, then plug and play. What more can you ask for?I can't say enough good things about this company. To Daniel, Dustin, Eric, Connor, and the rest of the Centric team, THANK YOU again from all of us here at Worldlink Medical. Centric has helped us facilitate multiple trade show events in Phoenix, consisting of pipe and drape setups with multiple areas of specific furniture and specific setup details.For the 2024 Expo Event we hosted, Ray was very helpful in the pre-planning process, working with us to nail down our exact needs for the event. Centric Events is nothing but AMAZING! Daniel Pitner is super communicative and when you have to plan events, working with vendors who prioritize communication means the world! For our event, we had Garren as our tech specialist and he was also amazing. He made sure to walk me through everything for the projector we rented through the company. He was able to set up everything with Rylie as well. They are super friendly and showed up on time for tear down. If you need event rentals, I HIGHLY recommend Centric Events!

Our company hosted our annual women's event in a courtyard and Centric Events truly saved the night with their bistro lighting and generators, from beginning to end. Daniel, took my call every time I had a small question about rentals and booking their services. He was kind, quick to respond, and always willing to talk everything out.The day of the event, Patrick and Ben not only set up quickly, but CAME BACK 20 minutes later to help us move the generator again, with a smile. Patrick specifically made setup for the event a thousand times easier, and I'm grateful for their help.Tear down for the event was also simple. Patrick, Ruby, and Eli, arrived the morning after the event and quickly tore down the lighting with no disturbance. Overall, our experience with Centric was phenomenal and the event lighting was BEAUTIFUL! Thank you all so much.

The team at Centric Events was fantastic to work with. Daniel Pitner was very communicative throughout the process and checked in during the event. Our sound technician, Daniel P, was also great to work with - he was very helpful and professional at all times throughout the 2-day event. The team also took care of setup and breakdown of the equipment and brought an extra technician to speed up that process. It was a great experience overall, would use them again.

At the 11th hour we had our event in Phoenix move from a ballroom to an outside lawn, which required us to find last-minute lighting. I didn't have high hopes to pull it off, but minutes after reaching out to Centric for help a member of their sales team, Daniel P, had a proposal sent to my inbox. Throughout the process Daniel answered all my questions and got EXACTLY what I asked for lined up for my event.Day of, the setup team arrived EARLY (unheard of nowadays) and installed everything just as directed.Throughout the process Daniel and his team communicated quickly and efficiently (without pestering), and we had a successful (and well lit) event because of it.I highly recommend Centric for your event needs (and request Daniel if you can).

I needed to rent equipment (tables, chairs, & speakers) for a backyard birthday party. Centric Events expertly quoted me several arrangements. We were able to reach an agreement on the equipment type and means of equipment retrieval. My rental was very reasonably priced and they allowed me to pickup the equipment on Friday and return it on Monday since my event was on a Sunday. Pickup and drop off was very speedy and efficient. I will be using Centric Events in the future if I ever need to rent equipment again.

I’ve used Centric Events a few times now. Every time I use them I am blown away by the level of service they provide. As a venue coordinator it is imperative that I have a vendor that I can trust, who will show up on time, and bring a level of excellence for every event I put on at my venue. Centric does all of that and goes above and beyond. If you need audio visual rentals for an event, Centric should be your go-to.
