Stage Types We Rent in Phoenix

From small portable platform stages to a Stageline SL100 mobile trailer stage — Centric stocks the full range of indoor and outdoor staging used at Phoenix corporate, wedding, concert, festival, and civic events.

Portable Platform Stages

Modular 4'×8' panels in 12", 24", and 32" heights — the workhorse for corporate events, weddings, panels, and conferences. Configurable to any footprint from 4'×4' up to 24'×12' (and beyond, custom).

Risers & Low Platforms

Lower-profile stage risers and platforms for head tables, panel discussions, audience seating risers, and DJ booths. Quick to deploy, easy to skirt, ADA-friendly with the right ramp.

Choir Risers

Stepped choir risers for choral performances, ensemble groups, graduation stages, and corporate awards presentations. Common sizes 8'×4', 8'×8', 16'×8', and 24'×4'.

Round Stages

Circular and round stages for 360-degree performances, candlelight concerts, fashion shows, ceremonies, and brand activations. Available in white and other finishes — wedding-grade.

Runway Stages

Linear runway stage configurations with rounded corners for fashion shows, product reveals, and bridal entrance walkways. Pair with lighting and a backdrop wall for a full reveal moment.

Mobile Trailer Stages (SL100)

Stageline SL100-class mobile trailer stages for outdoor festivals, concerts, parking-lot activations, and 4th of July celebrations. Hydraulically deployed roof and floor, weather-rated, ready to load in hours rather than days.

Stage Sizes & Configurations

Centric builds stages from modular 4'×8' panels — meaning we can match almost any footprint. These are the configurations we deploy most often. For festival main stages and large concerts, we custom-build to spec.

Small · Podium
4' × 4'
1 person

Single-speaker stage, podium, DJ booth, or auctioneer riser. Quick to set up and easy to anchor.

Small
8' × 8'
1–2 people

Standard small stage. Two-person speaker setup, small acoustic act, head table, or master-of-ceremonies platform.

Mid
16' × 8'
3–6 people

Panel discussion, small band, conference breakout, or corporate awards backdrop. The size we deploy most often for mid-sized events.

Mid-Large
16' × 12'
Band · presentation

Larger band, presentation stage, awards show, mid-size wedding ceremony, or trade show keynote stage.

Large
16' × 16'
Full band · fashion

Full band, fashion show, larger ceremony, corporate general session, gala. Pairs naturally with a 9'×16' or 11'×18' projection screen.

Festival
16' × 20' / 24' × 12'
Concert · festival

Concert main stage, festival headliner stage, larger wedding receptions with band and dance floor.

XL · Festival Main
20' × 30'+
Festival headliner

Festival main stage, large outdoor concert, civic events (we built the 4th of July main stage at Westgate Entertainment District). Custom-built to spec.

Custom
Any size
Custom-fabricated

Anything outside the standard ladder — luxury wedding stages (like the one we custom-built at Silverleaf Country Club), curved walls, or non-rectangular footprints.

Stage Heights & Add-Ons

Three stage heights cover almost every event we produce. Stairs, ADA-compliant ramps, handrails, and black skirting are quoted with the stage and available on every configuration.

12"

Low — Subtle Lift

Slight presentation lift, breakouts, head tables, dance floor edges. Easy on the eye, easy to ramp.

24"

Standard — Corporate Default

The corporate-event default for general session stages, panel discussions, and most wedding ceremonies. Best balance of visibility and accessibility.

32"

Concert — Full Lift

Full concert stages, larger venues, audience extends past the front row. Requires stairs and (for accessibility) a ramp.

Stairs with handrails — included with every stage above 12". Sized to match the configuration.
ADA-compliant ramps — for every stage height, with proper slope and a level top landing.
Handrails — added safety on stairs, ramps, and any stage 24"+. Code-compliant.
Black skirting — covers stage panel legs and the under-stage area on all front-facing sides.
Non-slip stage surface — every panel is rated for footing safety; rubberized top option available.
Stage decking customization — finished tops, painted/branded surfaces, or custom decking available on quote.

ADA-Compliant Stage Accessibility & Safety

Every Centric stage build can be configured for ADA access. We carry the right ramps, handrails, and decking for code-compliant public events — and we know what municipal, civic, and corporate compliance reviewers look for.

  • ADA-compliant ramps sized for every stage height (12", 24", 32") with the correct 1:12 slope ratio.
  • Level top landings at the ramp head — required for safe wheelchair transition.
  • Handrails on both sides of ramps and stairs, meeting code height and grip requirements.
  • Non-slip stage decking on every panel — rubberized surface available for additional traction at outdoor or wet-conditions events.
  • Configuration consulting for municipal events, government productions, public ceremonies, and any production with a compliance reviewer attached.
  • Stairs included with every stage 24" and above — handrails standard, no upcharge.

Beyond standard platform stages, Centric stocks specialty configurations for fashion shows, choirs, candlelight concerts, ceremonies, and 360-degree experiences.

Choir Risers

Stepped risers for choirs, ensembles, graduation stages, and corporate award presentations. Common sizes 8'×4', 8'×8', 16'×8', 24'×4'.

Round Stages

White and black round stages for candlelight concerts, fashion ceremonies, 360-degree performances, and wedding ceremonies-in-the-round.

Runway Stages

Linear runway with rounded corners for fashion shows, product reveals, and bridal entrance walkways. Pair with carpet, lighting, and a backdrop.

Mobile Trailer (SL100)

Stageline SL100 trailer-mounted stage — hydraulically deployed roof and floor, weather-rated, ideal for festivals, civic events, and outdoor concerts.

Dance Floors

Black, white, checkered, and wood-finish dance floors — plus LED dance floors with built-in lighting. See dance floor rentals →

Two Ways to Rent: In-Store Pickup or Full-Service Delivery

Most smaller stage configurations can be picked up at our Phoenix HQ. Larger stages, specialty stages, and ADA setups are delivery-only because they need professional build and securing.

Most Cost-Effective

In-Store Pickup

DIY build · smaller stages only
  • Available at our Phoenix HQ for smaller configurations (typically up to ~16'×8')
  • You pick up, set up, and return — keeps your event cost as low as possible
  • Some equipment is delivery-only: larger stages (16'×12'+), choir risers, round/runway stages, mobile trailer stages, and any ADA ramp configuration
  • Best for: small breakouts, DJ booths, head tables, single-speaker presentations
Full-Service

Delivery & Build

$1,500 minimum order
  • Door-to-door delivery to your Phoenix-area venue
  • Professional build — panels assembled, leveled, secured, skirted
  • Stair, ramp, and handrail installation with safety check
  • On-site supervision through showtime for concerts and festivals
  • Full breakdown and load-out
  • Best for: concerts, festivals, conferences, weddings, any ADA-required configuration, any multi-day event
About the $1,500 minimum: The delivery & build minimum is on your full event package (stage + add-ons + crew). Most concerts, weddings, conferences, and any ADA-compliant configuration easily reach the minimum once stairs, skirting, ramps, and on-site supervision are spec'd in.

Stage Rental FAQ

The questions we get most often when clients are planning their stage rental in Phoenix.

We rent modular 4'×8' stage panels that scale to any footprint — common configurations include 4'×4' (single-person podium), 8'×8' (1–2 people), 16'×8' (3–6 people), 16'×12', 16'×16', 16'×20', and 24'×12'. For festival main stages and large concerts (20'×30' and beyond) we custom-build to spec. Heights are 12", 24", and 32" with stairs, ADA ramps, handrails, and black skirting available.
Centric stocks 12", 24", and 32" stage heights — the three standards used at almost every event venue in Phoenix. 12" is the right call for a slight presentation lift, breakouts, head tables, and dance floors. 24" is the corporate-event default for general session stages and panel discussions. 32" is for full concert stages, larger venues, and anywhere the audience extends well past the front row. All heights can be paired with ADA-compliant ramps and handrails.
Yes. We carry ADA-compliant wheelchair ramps sized for every stage height we rent (12", 24", and 32"), with the correct slope, landing area, and handrails. Every set of stage stairs we deliver includes handrails per safety code, and all stage tops have a non-slip surface. If your event needs to meet specific public accessibility requirements (municipal events, government productions, etc.), tell us when you request a quote and we'll spec the configuration for compliance.
Yes — in-store pickup at our Phoenix HQ is welcomed for smaller stage configurations (typically up to about 16'×8') where the customer has a vehicle big enough to transport panels and the team to assemble them on site. Larger stages (16'×12'+), all choir risers and round/runway/trailer stages, and any ADA-compliant ramp setup are delivery-only because they require professional build, securing, and load distribution to be safe. We'll confirm pickup eligibility when you request a quote.
Full-service stage delivery covers door-to-door transport to your Phoenix-area venue, professional build (panels assembled, secured, leveled), stair and ramp installation, skirting (if requested), on-site safety check, and full breakdown and load-out. For concert and festival stages we also handle on-site supervision through showtime. Full-service delivery has a $1,500 minimum order — easily reached on any concert, conference, or larger wedding stage.
A portable stage (or platform stage) is built from modular 4'×8' panels assembled on-site to any footprint — the most flexible option. A stage riser is lower-profile and typically used for head tables, panel discussions, audience seating risers, and DJ booths. A mobile trailer stage (like the Stageline SL100 we use for civic outdoor events) is a self-contained stage that drives in on its own trailer and deploys hydraulically — used for 4th of July celebrations, festivals, and parking-lot concerts where speed of setup matters. Each has a place; we'll recommend the right one based on your event.
Yes — beyond our standard sizes (4'×4' through 24'×12'), we regularly build festival main stages 20'×30' and larger, custom-fabricated wedding stages (such as the one we built for a luxury wedding at Silverleaf Country Club), curved and round configurations, and runway stages with rounded corners for fashion shows. Tell us the footprint and the vision, and we'll spec the panels, rigging, and finish to match.
For peak Phoenix event months (October, November, March, April), book 4–6 weeks ahead. Festival main stages, mobile trailer stages (SL100), and large custom builds should be booked 6–10 weeks out — there's limited mobile-trailer inventory citywide. For small portable stages and risers during off-peak months, we can often confirm a booking within a week.
