Daniel and Julia did an incredible job with our event at the Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at The Buttes. They went above and beyond to provide us with the best experience possible and were available at every turn to answer questions and work with us to get an incredible event within our budget.Daniel and Matt were exceptional as well as we worked with them at the ADERO Scottsdale Resort for another event. Every challenge presented was resolved quickly, professionally, and exceptionally. We so appreciate everything they did for us for this event.Hosting two events so closely together, our coordinators and Daniel did a wonderful job keeping each event separate and took great care of our stakeholders. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

We, International Impact Book Awards, have worked with Centric on several events, and they have always been great to work with. Their team is professional, dependable, and easy to communicate with, which makes a huge difference when you are managing a live event with a lot of moving parts. They show up prepared, handle issues quickly, and do what they can to make sure everything runs smoothly. I also appreciate that they are straightforward and responsive throughout the planning process, not just on event day.Overall, Centric has been a reliable partner for us, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a solid event production team.

Centric did an amazing job supporting Choice Academy's very first graduation ceremony. As this was our inaugural graduation event, we wanted everything to feel special for our students and families, and their team absolutely delivered. From the AV setup to the overall production, everything looked incredible. The digital video columns were a huge hit, displaying graduation graphics, graduate spotlights, and video clips throughout the ceremony. Those touches really elevated the experience and helped create a memorable atmosphere for everyone in attendance.Their team was professional, organized, and easy to work with from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail gave us confidence that every aspect of the event would come together successfully. We received so many compliments on how great everything looked. We are incredibly grateful for their partnership in helping us make our first graduation ceremony such a success and would highly recommend Centric to anyone looking for high-quality AV and event production services.Thank you, Centric, for helping us create a celebration our graduates will never forget!

Renting a dance floor for our reception was one of the best decisions we made.We got married at Stonebridge and really wanted something to elevate the space and make it feel a little more classic, and this did exactly that. It completely transformed the reception area. The size was perfect for our 100+ guests, and the dance floor was packed almost the entire night. It truly became the center of the party.Everything looked amazing and worked out perfectly.

Centric Events was hands down the best team to work with for my corporate client's summit event in January. They went above and beyond for every ask, timely or last minute, to help our event run smoothly. They are the happiest and the nicest team to work with as well. From the planning process all the way to the last day of execution, they had smiles on their faces and faced all issues with ease. We will for sure be hiring them again for next year.

Huge thank you to Daniel and his team! They brought our company’s DJ vision to life perfectly with the lighting and sound we needed. Despite a very tight setup window due to a late-event reveal, they executed everything seamlessly and right on time. We even had time for a full sound check and were able to start early. Truly impressive work - can’t wait to work with them again. Thank you!

I’m a conference and experiential event planner, and I recently had the honor of partnering with Centric Events as our production vendor for a client program in the healthcare space. From the very first conversation, their team was approachable, supportive, and genuinely collaborative, open to ideas, eager to problem-solve, and proactive about making sure every detail was buttoned up well before we ever set foot onsite. And that pre-planning was only the beginning.Their execution was exceptional. Load-in was seamless, the onsite flow was calm and controlled, and their technicians were knowledgeable, reliable, and truly solution-based. Every time something shifted—as it inevitably does in live events, their team had options ready, communicated clearly, and handled adjustments without drama or delays. They were polite, efficient, and never skipped a beat. What impressed me most was how polished and client-facing they were. Centric doesn’t just “provide services”—they elevate the experience. Their presence enhanced the room, their team was engaging and professional with guests, and their production choices helped immerse our attendees directly into the theme of each evening. The result was an environment that delighted the senses and delivered that “wow” factor clients hope for when they invest in high-touch experiences.I’ve been doing this for over 30 years, and it’s rare to find a vendor who combines technical excellence with that level of hospitality, composure, and pride in their work. Connor and Patrick consistently went above and beyond, and Dustin has clearly built a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and service at every level. My clients were beyond happy, and so was I. I recommend Centric Events without hesitation, and I’m genuinely looking forward to working with them again!

This review is long overdue, but we were fortunate enough to work with the Centric team for our Annual Academic Summit this past September. The entire experience with Centric was a 12/10. They are friendly, communicative, and intelligent. We were originally going to use the venue's onsite AV company, Encore, which as many know, are not the best to work with. Their quote for what we needed came in way over budget, so I started to look for alternatives. Lucky for me, I found Daniel on Reddit somehow and that's how I got connected with Centric. From day one, they were able to give us better service, better pricing, better everything. Our event had about 500 attendees in person and was live streamed to more online. I've been doing these for quite some time, and have never received feedback from attendees like I did for this event. So many people were beyond impressed with the AV setup and overall production value, including our executives and leadership.Hiring the Centric team took our biggest and most important event to the next level, and we are so grateful. We actually signed a contract to work with them on this event for the next 3 years, which I wouldn't be surprised if we extend even further. After the event, the Centric team was quick to schedule a post event call with us where they asked for detailed feedback on what went right and where they could improve. We were so impressed with their attention to detail and constant pursuit of perfection. They even offered to help with our smaller, local events, which I normally do on my own. Connor, the Centric audio engineer (best in the biz btw - never had audio quality that good), was able to build a 4 channel audio system for me to use at these local events. He saved me $$ on the unit compared to building it myself, and more importantly he saved me a ton of time. The unit was shipped to my office, then plug and play. What more can you ask for?I can't say enough good things about this company. To Daniel, Dustin, Eric, Connor, and the rest of the Centric team, THANK YOU again from all of us here at Worldlink Medical. People are still talking about how awesome that event was, and we can't wait to work with you on the next one!If you're reading these reviews and debating on whether or not to reach out to Centric for your AV needs, just do it! You will not be disappointed.

We've entrusted the Centric Team with the A/V production for our Phoenix Chinese Week Lunar New Year Festival for the past three years, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. Roger's ability to provide competitive pricing within our non-profit budget was a significant benefit. Their meticulous planning and early setup ensured a smooth event, and the on-site technicians were not only highly professional but also proactively assisted our performers with equipment setup, going above and beyond their assigned duties. Their dedication to customer service and technical expertise makes them an invaluable partner, and going forward we are thrilled to continue working with them at our annual festival.

Centric has helped us facilitate multiple trade show events in Phoenix, consisting of pipe and drape setups with multiple areas of specific furniture and specific setup details. For the 2024 Expo Event we hosted, Ray was very helpful in the pre-planning process, working with us to nail down our exact needs for the event. Patrick, who was our team leader, also made sure to have a meeting with us right before the event to go over details and make sure we were all set.On-site the Centric team was really professional and worked well to get everything setup before a specific time we had requested. The pipe and drape looked amazing as well with everything flush and lined up! The whole team including team members, Garen, Evelyn, Connor, Benjamin and Chris all worked efficiently to install everything efficiently and on time with our schedule. They also were diligent in their breakdown in regards to leaving the space the way it was provided initially which is a huge help with any event production.Thank you, Centric!

Centric Events is nothing but AMAZING! Daniel Pitner is super communicative and when you have to plan events, working with vendors who prioritize communication means the world! For our event, we had Garren as our tech specialist and he was also amazing. He made sure to walk me through everything for the projector we rented through the company. He was able to set up everything with Rylie as well. They are super friendly and showed up on time for tear down. If you need event rentals, I HIGHLY recommend Centric Events!

Our company hosted our annual women's event in a courtyard and Centric Events truly saved the night with their bistro lighting and generators, from beginning to end. Daniel, took my call every time I had a small question about rentals and booking their services. He was kind, quick to respond, and always willing to talk everything out.The day of the event, Patrick and Ben not only set up quickly, but CAME BACK 20 minutes later to help us move the generator again, with a smile. Patrick specifically made setup for the event a thousand times easier, and I'm grateful for their help.Tear down for the event was also simple. Patrick, Ruby, and Eli, arrived the morning after the event and quickly tore down the lighting with no disturbance. Overall, our experience with Centric was phenomenal and the event lighting was BEAUTIFUL! Thank you all so much.

The team at Centric Events was fantastic to work with. Daniel Pitner was very communicative throughout the process and checked in during the event. Our sound technician, Daniel P, was also great to work with - he was very helpful and professional at all times throughout the 2-day event. The team also took care of setup and breakdown of the equipment and brought an extra technician to speed up that process. It was a great experience overall, would use them again.

Centric was helpful from the very start! Ray and Aaron were incredibly helpful during the rental process, guiding us through the available equipment and ensuring we had everything we needed for our event. On the day of pickup, Grant and Jayson were fantastic. Their teamwork and friendly attitude made a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend Centric for any event rental needs!

At the 11th hour we had our event in Phoenix move from a ballroom to an outside lawn, which required us to find last-minute lighting. I didn't have high hopes to pull it off, but minutes after reaching out to Centric for help a member of their sales team, Daniel P, had a proposal sent to my inbox. Throughout the process Daniel answered all my questions and got EXACTLY what I asked for lined up for my event.Day of, the setup team arrived EARLY (unheard of nowadays) and installed everything just as directed.Throughout the process Daniel and his team communicated quickly and efficiently (without pestering), and we had a successful (and well lit) event because of it.I highly recommend Centric for your event needs (and request Daniel if you can).

I needed to rent equipment (tables, chairs, & speakers) for a backyard birthday party. Centric Events expertly quoted me several arrangements. We were able to reach an agreement on the equipment type and means of equipment retrieval. My rental was very reasonably priced and they allowed me to pickup the equipment on Friday and return it on Monday since my event was on a Sunday. Pickup and drop off was very speedy and efficient. I will be using Centric Events in the future if I ever need to rent equipment again.

I’ve used Centric Events a few times now. Every time I use them I am blown away by the level of service they provide. As a venue coordinator it is imperative that I have a vendor that I can trust, who will show up on time, and bring a level of excellence for every event I put on at my venue. Centric does all of that and goes above and beyond. If you need audio visual rentals for an event, Centric should be your go-to.

We chose Centric Events for an LED wall panel build-out and furniture rentals for our WNBA panel discussion, and we couldn't be happier with the results! I am immensely grateful to Eric and Roger, who went above and beyond to ensure our event was successful and glitch-free. Their team arrived on time, set up quickly, and thoroughly tested all screens and sound. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service we received. We highly recommend their services!

Our pre-wedding party was a great success, and Centric was a big part of it! Tyler, Brady, and Johnny did a wonderful job in setting up, making the flow of the party smooth and enjoyable. The speaker and mic system worked great too!

I’ve worked with their Project Manager Eric Doran for many years and can honestly say there’s no better person to have on your event. Whether it’s lighting, cameras, audio, rigging, you name it Eric has done it all flawlessly time and time again. And his personality is perfectly tailored for customer service. He’s my first call every time he’s in town and will be as long as I’m doing events. Centric is extremely lucky to have him.
