The Princess is a signature Scottsdale resort — multiple restaurants, two championship TPC golf courses, extensive ballroom and meeting space, and outdoor venues that feature prominently on a clear desert evening. It's a property that lands corporate-program bookings where the venue itself is part of the experience: the golf course on the hole transitions, the lawn events under the saguaros, the ballroom dinners with luxury-grade design expectations.

A/V programming here reflects that luxury positioning. Production design matters; visible roadcase-and-truss aesthetics get masked; the lighting design leans toward elegance over conference utility. Most inquiries we field for Princess events involve a multi-day general session, a gala or reception with a serious scenic moment, and outdoor components that use the resort setting.

Production at a AAA Five Diamond resort starts with a different design brief: how do we achieve the technical outcome without the visible rig looking like a convention-hall buildout? For Princess events, that usually means custom scenic to hide truss, black-finish hardware where visible, integrated screen treatments rather than tripod setups, and lighting design that prioritizes mood over flash.

Operationally that adds design time — we spend more on CAD, scenic renderings and lighting visualization before load-in because there's less margin for day-of adjustments. On-site execution is quieter: smaller crews running more disciplined rigs, rehearsal-heavy programming, and a finishing pass that catches every visible cable and stand.
