Event Production at The Boulders Resort & Spa

The Boulders is an unusual property in the Arizona resort market — the natural rock formations define the setting and inform event design. The meeting and event footprint includes ballroom and meeting space, multiple outdoor event venues including dramatic boulder-backdrop locations, and a championship golf course that plays through the desert landscape.

Planners who book The Boulders are almost always doing so because the setting is part of the experience. A/V design reflects that — production that makes the backdrop a feature rather than hiding it, outdoor lighting that works with the landscape, and equipment positioning that respects the desert setting. Most inquiries here involve outdoor programming at minimum and often entirely outdoor events for the social moments.
